Shipping Partner

We use INDIAPOST to fulfill our shipping needs as it allows us to reach out to our customers even in the remotest village of India. Shipping rates are standard for minimum order values and FREE for orders above 2699/-

Delivery time

As we primarily print on demand to minimize waste, our delivery time typically takes 7-8 business days. In case of delay is delivery we send the tracking details to the mentioned contact number.

International shipping

we ship internationally! Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will depend on the destination country. Please check the details at checkout or contact us for more information.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Projekt Impressions, our made-to-order policy ensures sustainability and minimizes waste. Therefore, we kindly request that you choose carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect ordering.

We take great care to inspect each product before dispatch. However, if you believe you have received an incorrect or defective order, please contact us at projektimpressions@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Any packaging can be used to return the product, provided the item is securely packed.

  • Custom orders are non-returnable.

  • A proof of purchase or receipt is required to process the return.

Return Process

  1. Notify us within 10 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges beyond this time frame.

  2. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. We will then notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

Important Notes

  • Due to the varying nature of surfaces, wall paints, and other conditions, we cannot take responsibility for surface damage that may occur. If you’re unsure about the suitability of our products, we recommend ordering a sample pack to test on your wall. Our team is also happy to offer guidance prior to purchase.

  • Please exercise care during installation. We cannot reimburse for installation errors or damage caused by you or third-party installers.
